Terms of service and conditions The submission of a request to customise and use any of the Spacejetters ‘Launch Pad’ pages as your homepage, and the content, including graphics and text links are subject to the following terms and conditions. The customisation of pages, specifically the ‘Launch Pad’ pages is subject to availability of this service, which may occasionally be disrupted under certain conditions and/or time constraints. Under normal circumstances a link to your customised page will be sent to your email address within twenty four hours where possible. Therefore, a valid email address must be submitted during the application process. With certain *exceptions, all graphics remain the copyright of Studio Arts, the designers and originators of Spacejetters.
You may not copy, distribute, transmit or otherwise reproduce material from the Spacejetters website or transmit such material, directly or indirectly, for commercial or non-profit use. All linked text is provided as is and must not be changed under any circumstances, including text links using affiliate coding which is one of the ways Spacejetters can maintain it’s online presence. *If you require to use your own background designs for customised pages you must provide your picture as a jpeg or gif with a file size of less than 100k and no larger than 975 pixels wide x 360 pixels high. This should be sent only via the email address provided on the ‘customise my homepage’ form provided during the submission process.
Copyrighted images where the copyright does not belong to you cannot be accepted unless the copyright holder’s permission is provided in writing. Without such permission coprighted material cannot be used for public display, and even where permission is granted may be subject to further conditions by the copyright holder for public and private use. For legal reasons the following conditions also apply: You will not submit content that you do not have the lawful right to copy, transmit and display, including any content that would violate any confidentiality or fiduciary obligations that you have to it, this includes any content that infringes the intellectual property rights or violates the privacy rights of any third party (including without limitation copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property right, or moral right or right of publicity) In addition, you will not submit images that are unlawful, obscene, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, deceptive, threatening, abusive, inciting to unlawful action, defamatory, libelous, vulgar or violent, or images that contain objects or symbols of hate, nudity or pornography (including without limitation any child pornography or child erotica) or are otherwise objectionable in the opinion of Studio Arts the publishers and originators of Spacejetters. Regarding content you have created and submitted, you will continue to retain all ownership or license rights and continue to have the right to use your content as you did prior to submission. However, by submitting your content through the Spacejetters submission process you hereby grant to Studio Arts and Spacejetters a nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, prepare derivative works from, distribute, and publicly display any and all graphical images you submit, or any part of them, through the Spacejetters submission process, including without limitation adapting the format of your images (for example by encoding or transcoding) for suitable display on the Spacejetters website. In connection with the above license, you also provide your consent for Studio Arts and Spacejetters personnel to view your graphical content at any time for the purpose of providing Studio Arts and Spacejetters personnel the option and rights to remove or disallow content that violates this Agreement. You also acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all graphical content you submit to the Studio Arts and the Spacejetters website. You represent that you either own the graphical content or have the rights necessary to grant Studio Arts, the publishers of Spacejetters, this license. Additionally, access to and use of this website is provided subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

In no event shall Studio Arts (creators and copyright owners of www.spacejetters.com) be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, cost of cover, or other special, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages arising from the use of any part of this site, or our submission process, or use of content you submit, however caused and regardless of theory of liability.
